The AI-generated content is produced by computer algorithms and may not accurately represent real-world results. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Please use your own discretion when interpreting the results.

4. User Conduct & Responsibility

  • You agree to upload only clear, recent, and appropriate photographs of yourself.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
  • You must not upload any content that is:
    • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others;
    • Pornographic, obscene, harassing, threatening, or hateful;
    • Defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend user accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, designs, and generated outputs are the property of motoU or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our content or services.

User Content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. However, by using our Service, you grant motoU a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use your content for the duration of your account's existence solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving our services.

You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

7. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect data such as your uploaded images and email address solely to deliver and improve our services.

We implement industry-standard security practices designed to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

Refunds

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our service, refunds are generally not offered. However, we may review refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase if the service fails to function as described.

motoU provides the Service on an "AS IS and AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of AI-generated results,
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service.

In no event shall motoU, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
